Sunshine is on its way

We survived another winter, and what a winter it was! Chris was in a motorcycle accident and was laid up for over a month. I fell down our stairs a week later, got a serious concussion, dislocated a few ribs, and messed up my back. I couldn’t do anything for months. Poor Pat had to do everything.

We never got a roof over the dogs or our RV, so everyone was wet all winter and there is still no furnace in the mobile. When it was zero degrees outside, it was 48 degrees in Chris' house. But the sun is on its way, and things are looking up.

We are determined to get all the dogs to the vet. Tiny and Happy are now neutered. Tiny, Happy, and Hazel are updated on their shots. Jake goes in next.

Once we have all of our proof of spaying and neutering on all 10 dogs, we will be getting our kennel license. And there is a possibility that another rescue group might take us under their wing and let us be a part of their 501(c)3 non-profit.

Our goals for this year:

Get a roof over the dogs.

Put a fence up for the dogs.

Get all the dogs to the vet.

Get our kennel license.

Donations gladly accepted to help us reach these goals.
